Lynn's typical house includes custom wood cabinetry, granite countertops, extensive tile floors, impact glass windows, a jetted tub in the master bath and so much more! You can see virtual tours, photos, floor plans and so much more by visiting the web site at www.ResultsBuilders.com for more details. Lynn's company, Results Builders, Inc., constructs all homes to meet or exceed the most recent, strongest Florida Building Code.
The developers of the Brezza del Mare Condominium in Venice are changing the face of Base Avenue on the island of Venice.
For years, despite its island location near the beach and the airport, Base Avenue was a combination of of auto repair shops, boatyards and low-rent apartments. One day in the not-too-distant-future, all that will be gone. New condominium construction is the future, and with Brezza del Mare about to open, the future is now.
Developers Bob Quandt and Lynn A. Morey III have planned and nearly completed a three-story Northern Italian-style building containing 17 two- and three-bedroom residences, a heated pool, garages and a unique built-in sanitized trash removal system with access on each floor.
Befitting the street's future rather than its past, Quandt and Morey have included granite counters, 7-inch genuine plaster crown moldings, complete appliance packages including washer and dryer, keyless garage entries and a built-in AM/FM CD system plus wiring for surround sound in each living room.
The real wood cabinets include self-closing drawers. Flooring throughout each residence is 18-inch ceramic tile installed on the diagonal everywhere but the bedrooms. There is even tile on the screened lanais.
About the only options left are the surround sound system with its seven speakers, upgraded closet systems and the available furniture and drapery packages used in the models.
The $40,000 furniture package price compares favorably with the $90,000 and up decorating packages found in many similar-sized furnished models. Rarely, if ever, does one have a choice of furniture when buying a furnished model on a lease-back deal. This deal is different.
So are the crown mouldings. Hand-made to fit each residence by Renaissance Fine Plaster of Venice, the mouldings, wall niches and ceiling medallions add an elegant touch to each room. So do the custom tile work, granite counters and the very design of the building's exterior.
Across the back of the building there is a deck covered in a wood-hued composition material that will never cause splinters although it looks like real wood. Made from recycled plastic, the material is as environmentally friendly as the tile floors, plasterwork and real wood cabinets.
There are two furnished models: 101 and 102.
